A Compromise Deed has been filed on behalf of the appellant and respondent No. 1 / complainant, which has been verified by their learned counsels.
Learned counsel for the appellant and respondent No. 1 submit that both the parties have entered into compromise and the matter has amicably been settled between the parties.
In the Compromise Deed, it has been mentioned that the matter has been settled between the parties and respondent No. 1 is satisfied with his claim, on payment of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) by the appellant. The said amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) has been paid by the appellant to respondent No. 1 vide cheque No. 086550 dated 09.01.2023 drawn on Union Bank of India, M.K.P. College, Dehradun.
The respondent No. 1 has endorsed on the order-sheet that the aforesaid cheque of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) has been received.
Copy of the cheque has been brought on record.
Order
Appeal is decided in terms of compromise between the parties, which shall form part of the order.
The amount deposited by the appellant with this Commission, be released in its favour.
