Counsel for the respective parties submit that parties have amicably settled the matter. Pursuant to the settlement, Pay Order dated 24.10.2013 drawn at Axis Bank Ltd. for Rs.1,08,986/- in favour of respondent is handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent in full and final settlement of his claim. Counsel for the respondent on instructions has accepted the Pay Order on behalf of the respondent in full and final settlement of his claim and submitted that now there is no dispute left between the parties. Therefore, Revision petition be disposed of as settled / compromised. In view of the above, revision petition is disposed of as settled / compromised. District Forum is directed to refund the amount deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the directions dated 14.05.2010. Copy of order be given Dasti to the parties.
