                    Counsel on both sides present.  Joint Compromise Memo filed stating that subject to terms and conditions thereon:

          The order of the District Forum is as follows: “the complaint is allowed in part and the Opposite Parties are directed to deposit in this Forum, a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation with interest @ 9% p.a., from the date of the complaint till realization and also to deposit the amount of Rs.70,000/- kept with it under the pass-book Ex.A8 with accrued interest and bonus, if any, thereon and a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards deficiency of service and Rs.2,000/- towards costs.

          Against the order of the District Forum the appellant / Respondents preferred an appeal and on the ground of appeal stay was also granted, for this appeal the appellants deposited Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- vide DD No.307540 dated 13.03.2014 deposited in State Commission and also deposited the maturity amount of Rs.1,69,961/- on 29.04.2014 vide D.D.No.308703 in the name of the President Dist. Consumer Forum, Nalgonda.

         At the instance of the well wishers, both parties are agreed to settle the matter for the following terms:

1.    Whereas, the Respondents are agreed to take only maturity amount of Rs.1,69,961/- which was deposited before the District Forum, Nalgonda along with interest on this deposit amount and the respondents are not interested to claim other than the maturity amount i.e., a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation with interest @ 9% p.a., from the date of the complaint till realization and a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards deficiency of services and Rs.2,000/- towards costs are never claim from the appellants/Respondents or its sister concern in future.

2.    The Appellant / Opposite parties have no objection to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,69,961/- with accrued interest from the District Forum.

3.    The Respondent / Complainant have no objection to with draw the statutory mount along with accrued interest by the Appellant / Opposite party.

Inview of the above settlement between the parties, the appellants and respondents prays that this Honble Commission may be pleased to close this appeal order to release the amounts in favour of the parties as mentioned above.

In the circumstances, permission is accorded, the memo is recorded and the Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
