This petition filed by the Revision petitioner seeking order to set aside the impugned order passed by the District Forum, Coimbatore in E.P.8/2015 in CC.294/2013 dated 14.2.2015.
This petition coming before us for hearing finally on today, on perusing the documents and records, this commission made the following order in open court:

Both present. Heard. The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner/2nd opposite party seeks an order to set aside the impugned order passed by the District Forum, Coimbatore in E.A.No.8/2015 in CC.No. 294/2013 dated 14.2.2015. But only notice was issued and there was no order passed which can be challenged by way of Revision. Hence we are of the view that the Revision petition is not legally maintainable before this Commission. Accordingly,
In the result, the Revision petition is dismissed.
