- This is an appeal filed by the appellants seeking to set aside the order dated 20.03.2015 passed in CC 235/2011 by the District Forum III, Hyderabad.
- Counsel for the petitioners/Appellants filed Petition FAIA 580/2015 U/Rule 109 of Civil Rules of Practice R/w Sec.151 CPC r/W.S15 read with Sec. 17(1)(B) & 18 of Consumer Protection Act r/w S. 151 of CPC seeking to advance the date of hearing from 25.01.2016 to this day.
- Heard the counsel on both sides.
- In view of the Advancement Petition, FAIA 580/2015, advanced to today.
- In view of the compromise petition filed by both sides compromising the matter outside the Commission, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of compromise.
The respondent, in terms of compromise memo, is permitted to withdraw the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- that has been deposited with this Commission.
