Today is fixed for hearing of MA being Nos. 63 and 142.

Ld. Advocate of the complainant and Ld. Advocate of OP 1 to OP 4 are present.

By filing the application being No. 142/2022, the complainant has sought for effecting service of notice upon OP 5 to OP 10 by making publication of notice in newspaper.

It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant that in the ordinary way, service of notice upon them could not be effected. The record lends support to such submission of the Ld. Advocate and therefore permission sought for is allowed. Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to cause service of notice upon OP 5 to OP 10 by making publication in either Ananda Bazar Patrika or Bartaman News Paper.

She is also directed to file copy of newspaper containing such publication by the next date.

The MA being No. 142/2022 is thus disposed of.

By filing Miscellaneous Application being No. 63/2022, the Ld. Advocate of OP 2 to OP 4 has sought for expunction of his clients’ name from the cause title of the complaint on the ground stated therein. The said application is due to be heard today. But the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant prays for time on the ground that her senior has been suffering from Eye Infection. Since the ground for adjournment is lawyer’s personal one, the time prayer as sought for is allowed as a last chance.

17.01.2023 is fixed for hearing of the Miscellaneous Application being No. 63/2022, objection, if any, in the meantime.

It is clarified that no further adjournment would be granted on the next date on any ground whatsoever.
