This Execution Application  is coming for hearing before us on 07th day of  April, 2015 in the presence Thiru.Vamsidhar, Counsel for Petitioner/Decree Holder, Counsel for Respondent/Judgement Debtor called absent, Memo filed  by Petitioner/Decree Holder and his Counsel, this Forum passed the following:

          This Execution Application  is filed by the Petitioner/Decree Holder  under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act,  praying for penalizing the Respondent/Judgement Debtor for non compliance of the order in C.C.No.72/2004 dated 13.02.2006 passed by this Forum.

         Petitioner is called absent. No other representation on the side of the Petitioner till 1P.M.  Despite repeated opportunities and sufficient time given, the petitioner has not been utilized the same, Which clearly reveals the disinterest of the progress of the case.

         Hence, petition is dismissed for default with out costs.
