Dhr and Jdr are present.

On assessment of the judgement it is found  that Dhr is entitled to rs. 2000/- litigation cost of Rs. 1350/- as refund amount of Rs. 3000/- as compensation  so Dhr is entitled to Rs. 6350/- whichj is paid by the Jdr in open forum.

Now Considering violation of order swice 30/09/2013 and upto 26/12/2013 Jdr is bound to pay pemitive damage for  86c days as per judgement and same is also deposit Rs. 8600/- and out of that Rs. 1600/- is realsed to complainant for his journey  cost from Dakshin Dinajpur  and balance amount of Rs. 7000/- shall be deposit on S.c fund.

Hence the ordered that the Execution case be and same is disposed of on full satuisfaction.
