Heard. Learned counsel for respondent states that there is no objection if the impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside and matter be remanded back to the State Commission to decide the appeal of the petitioner on merits. In view of the above statement given by counsel for respondent, the impugned order passed by State Commission is set aside and Revision petition stands allowed. Matter is remanded back to the State Commission for disposal of the appeal in accordance with law. Both the parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 5.11.2012.
