The record is placed today for passing necessary order.  The instant Miscellaneous Application being No. 15/2015 is filed by the Appellant (O.P. in the complaint case) stating that being aggrieved with the order dated 07.11.2012 passed by the Ld. District Forum, Unit – II in CC 56/2012 the Appellant has preferred the instant appeal.  But, during pendency of the instant appeal the Respondent – Complainant issued a letter on 19^th December, 2014 proposing for settlement of the instant dispute amicably which the Appellant accepted.  Accordingly, the Appellant decided to withdraw the instant appeal and prayed for an order to that effect.  In course of hearing of the MA Application Ld. Advocate for the Appellant has submitted that the disputes have been amicably settled by the parties and the Complainant present in person supported the submission of the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant.  Having heard the parties and on perusal of the papers on well allow the Miscellaneous application.  The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
