Op who is the complainant of complaint case no. 106 of 2023 has not filed any W/O.

Perused the M.A. application.

After going through the materials of this case record it is found that the op along with the prayer for setting aside ex parte order has filed W/V. Copy of the W/V has also been supplied to the complainant who is the op of this M.A. case.

The conduct of the applicant of this M.A. case who is the op of the above noted complaint case is clearly indicating that the op is willing to contest this case. Considering this aspect and as the complainant is not raising any objection, the prayer for setting aside ex parte order is allowed but at the cost of Rs. 500/- payable to the complainant who is the op of this M.A. case.

In the light of the observation made above the M.A. case no. 6 of 2024 is allowed on contest.

Let this case record be tagged with the C.C. case no. 106 of 2023.

The cost amount is to be paid to the op in C.C. case no. 106 of 2023 within 21.6.2024.
