Advocate appearing for the O.P. informs this Commission that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties outside the proceeding.  Therefore, the Revisionists do not want to proceed with the revision.  Accordingly the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution in view of the settlement arrived between the parties.
