 Present :                 Sh Ravi Kumar, complainant in person.

           Order:

                           The file has been taken up today on the application moved on behalf of the complainant.

2.                     The complainant has made a statement  that he has compromised with the OP On 23.12.2021 in the court of Chandigarh and he is satisfied with the said compromise, therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraw the same. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.

3.                        Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
