Appellant - Shyamsundar Bharatlal Daharwal is present in person. Proxy Adv. Mr. Shailesh Shende who appeared on behalf of Adv. B.G. Kulkarni for respondent. Respondent through its partner - Mr. Satish Manoharsing Bais is present in person who is identified by Adv. Mr. Shailesh Shende for respondent.

Both the parties have filed compromise Pursis and signed it before this Commission. They have fully admitted with the compromise Pursis to be true and correct. Hence, it is verified and accepted.

In view of compromise Pursis both the appeals are disposed of in terms of compromise.
