Sh.Munish Menon, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.3 got recorded his statement that he put in appearance on behalf of opposite party No.3, but inadvertently, on written statement the same was mentioned to have been filed on behalf of opposite parties No.2 & 3. However, the company is ready to effect compromise and offer to refund the amount of Rs.4800/- within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order subject to the condition that the complainant returns the accessories in question i.e.original charger,  head phone and original bill of the set in question. In view of the above statement, Sh.Tilak Raj, complainant got recorded his statement that he agreed with the statement of the counsel for the opposite party No.3 and he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Opposite party No.3 shall remain bound by its statement. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
