During the course of arguments, complainant submitted that his mobile set be got repaired and made fully functional. Ld.counsel for the opposite parties No.2 & 3 submitted that they are ready to repair the mobile set of the complainant and make it fully functional.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the opposite parties No.2 & 3 to get the mobile set of the complainant fully repaired and make it fully functional within one month from today and extend the warranty for 3 months from the date of delivery of the mobile set to the complainant. The complainant has already handed over the mobile set in question to the opposite party No.2. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
