Complaint under section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986

                             Sh.  Sunil Dixit  & Shri Manish Kumar, counsel for opposite parties Nos.1 & 2.

ORDER:  

                             Today the case was fixed for arguments.

                             During the course of arguments, Shri Sunil Dixit, counsel for

the opposite parties has made a statement that “we are ready to make the refund

subject to deduction of 25% within two months.”

                             On the basis of the statement of the counsel for the opposite

parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off

with the direction to opposite parties to  refund the amount, subject to deduct

the 15%. The opposite parties are also directed to pay Rs.2200/- as compensation on account of mental tension, agony and harassment alongwith Rs.2200/- as litigation expenses to the complainant.  Compliance of this order be made within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of order.  Copy of this order be given to the parties  concerned free of costs and file be consigned to record room.
