Present:       Complaint in person alongwith Shri Nitin Dua Advocate for complainant.

                   Shri Sameer Gambhir Advocate for OPs.

                    Today Ld. Counsel for complainant moved an application for put up the file as full and final settlement has been effected between the complainant and respondent and complainant wants to withdraw the complaint.  File put up before the Forum.  Complainant in person recorded his statement separately that a cheque no. 930408 dated 10.05.2019 amounting to Rs. five lakh twenty two thousand only, in favour of bank i.e. HDFC Bank Ltd. received being full and final settlement with the respondents. Complainant also recorded in his statement that no dues are pending against the respondent.

Heard. Keeping in view the statement recorded by the complainant the present complainant is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being full and final settlement with the respondents.  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
