ORDER

Present:       None for DH.

                   Sh. Vinod Kumar Chahar, Advocate for JD.

 

                   Power of attorney filed on behalf of JD. Learned counsel for the JD made  a statement that  insurance company  has made the payment as per rule.

                   Case called several times since morning but neither the DH nor any other person on his behalf has appeared. It is already 3.50 P.M. No further wait is justified. The perusal of order sheet of this case shows that on previous two  hearing also, the DH had not appeared before this Commission. It appears that Decree Holder is no more interested to proceed further with the present execution petition. Therefore, the present execution petition stands dismissed in default due to non-appearance of Decree Holder.

                   Certified copy of the above order be supplied to both the parties free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
