ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 05.09.2023, Sh.Hoshiar Chand, Counsel for Complainant has stated that in compliance with the undertaking made by the counsel for the parties on 17.08.2023, he has received cheque for an amount of Rs.17000/-, bearing cheque No.046978 dated 22.08.2023 drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of complainant, from OP No.1 & 2 through their counsel Sh.Vishal Sharma, Advocate, in full & final settlement in the present matter and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
