Today Statment of Sh.Puneet Sareen, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that due to some technical defects in the present complaint, he withdraws the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file a fresh complaint on the basis of same cause of action and after removing technical defects without prejudice to the legal rights of complainant qua point of limitation.

In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant regarding withdrawl of present complaint, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. File be consigned to the record room.
