File taken up on the basis of application filed by counsel for complainants. Sh.Vinod Garg Advocate suffered a statement that as per instructions of OP, the OP is ready to pay personal accident claim of Rs.15 Lac in lump-sum in full and final settlement on account of death of Buta Singh son of Resham Singh. The amount will be paid within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of order failing which the insurance company will pay interest @8% from the date of expiry of said 45 days till actual payment.

Harpreet Kaur Complainant No1 for self and for minors complainants No.3 & 4 alongwith counsel, suffered a statement that she heard the statement of counsel for OP and accept the same. The amount of claim be released in the name of Harpreet Kaur nominee as insurance and she withdraws the present complaint as full and final settlement in terms of compromise.

Sh.Sahil Bansal Advocate counsel for complainant No.2 suffered a statement that he heard the statement of counsel for OP and accept the same. The amount of claim be released in the name of Harpreet Kaur nominee as insurance and he withdraws the present complaint as full and final settlement in terms of compromise.

In view of statement of both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. Copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room.
