ORDER

Arguments heard. 2. Perused the complaint and documents. 3. On the last date of pleading Pratham Motors representative was present and he submitted that Insurance Co. has settled the claim and Pratham Motors is having amount of Rs. 5,371/- with them which was payable to the complainant. We had directed the Pratham Motors to bring D.D. for Rs. 5,371/- by the next date of hearing. Accordingly, as per the direction Pratham Motors submitted D.D. in the name of complainant for Rs. 5,371/-. In this way the claim of the complainant has been settled. Apart from this amount sum of Rs. 2,000/- had already been given to the Pratham Motors by the Insurance Company. In this way the opposite party insurance company has settled the claim of the complainant for Rs. 7,371/-. In view of the settlement of the matter and deposit of D.D. for Rs. 5,371/- the present complaint deserves to be closed and disposed off. The office is directed to hand over the D.D. to complainant deposited by the Pratham Motors in this case. In the result I proceed to pass the following: ORDER 4. The complaint is disposed off as the matter is settled and case is closed. 5. Pronounced in the Open Forum on this 06TH DAY OF JANUARY 2010. Order accordingly, President We concur the above findings.
