Heard Mr. A.K. Jain, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant/appellant. Also heard Mr. I. Barooah, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent.

            This is an application praying for condoning the delay of 12 days in filing the accompanying appeal.

            We have perused the statements made on oath in the application and found sufficient grounds in condoning the delay.

            In view of the above and for the ends of justice, delay is condoned. Misc Case is allowed and disposed of.
