The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for a sum of Rs. 25,000/-. OP paid the settled amount of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of his claim arising out of the present complaint . OP also placed on record the bank statement to prove the release of settle amount to the complainant

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off as settled. File be consigned to Record room
