On scrutiny of the record it appears that on the basis of the prayer of the complainant more or less five adjournments were made and the complainant was given sufficient opportunity to prepare himself for hearing of this case. But till this date he has failed to produce evidence in this case. More over on repeated calls none from the side of the complainant is found present. From the conduct of the complainant it is clear that he has lost his interest in this case. So the case is liable to be dismissed.
