ORDER

              Ld. Counsel for the  Complainant-DH has made a statement that he has received the cheque no. 000065 dated 25.04.2017 for Rs. 1 lac in the name of Poonam Singh. Now nothing is due towards the respondent-JD and thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

              Statement recorded separately.

              Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied .
