            This is an execution application filed under sections 25 and 27 of Consumer Protection Act to pass an order of arrest against 1st respondent / opposite parte and detain him in civil prison in default to pay E.A. amount to the Petitioner / Complainant. 

            Today the petition was called. Petitioner and Counsel Present.  Respondent / Judgment Debtor and Counsel absent.  Petitioner filed memo stating that the parties have amicably settled the issue as per the order of the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 10.06.2016 in R.P. No. 1740/2016 to their full and final satisfaction.  The petitioner prays that the Execution Application may be termination.  In view of the endorsement made by the Petitioner, this Execution  Application is hereby terminated.  No costs.
