Rajat Kumar Versus Royal Enfield.

                   Complaint presented before the registry of this Commission on 29.11.2021 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.

                 Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint on same cause of action, after removing the defect, if any and in the fresh complaint, complainant will disclose particulars of this complaint as well as previous complaint. File be consigned to records.
