Krishna  Vs. Royal Enfield through M/s Lamba Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.  

 

Present :-  Complainant in person.

           Adv. Abhishek Anand for OP 1 alongwith Mr. Sunil Kumar AR of OP-1.

        Adv. Prateek Regmi for OP 2.

Copy of MOU dated 04/03/2024 placed on record vide which it has been agreed  between the parties that OP will exchange and provide new bike amounting to Rs. 2,75,000/-  out of which the Complainant return the old vehicle amounting to Rs. 1,40,000/- and made a payment of Rs. 1,35,000/- as difference amount. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
