Today, Statement of Smt.Jasbir Kaur wife of Late Sh.Gurpal Singh, Complainant in Person along with his Counsel Sh.Paramjit Uttam, Advocate recorded that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copy of Compromise Deed as Mark-A is place on the File.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the Complainant in Person along with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
