1.                Complainant has made a statement to the effect that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority.

2.                The present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn in pursuance of respective statement made by the complainant with liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority. However, limitation would not be a rider in filing afresh complaint.
