SRI.P.V.JAYARAJAN : PRESIDENT
1. This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.
2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. The opposite parties 2 & 3 entered appearance. The notice issued to the first opposite party was returned with endorsement “addressee left”. Subsequently the complainant was directed to take steps against the first opposite party. The complainant has not taken any steps against the first opposite party, inspite of giving sufficient opportunities for the same. As the complainant was continuously absent and not taken any steps against first opposite party, this Commission issued a notice to the complainant to appear before this Commission today to further proceed with this complaint. The notice issued to the complainant was served. The complainant not appeared or taken any steps against the first opposite party. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested for further proceed with this complaint.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
