ORDER

 

 

Vide Order dated 23/10/2019 passed by Erstwhile Bench wherein an application has been filed by Complainant for substituting LR as the main complainant has expired instead application was allowed and complainant is directed to file amended memo of parties imleading the LRs. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
