Challenge in these proceedings is to the concurrent finding of fora below holding the hospital guilty of medical negligence and awarding certain amount of compensation.

We have heard Mr. Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Going by the findings recorded by the fora below, we are of the view that the findings are fully justified having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, evidence, material brought on record and the legal position.  The orders do not suffer from any illegality, material irregularity or any jurisdictional error which warrants any interference by this Commission in revisonal jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

The revision petition is dismissed accordingly.
