Ld. Advocates for the Appellant and the Respondent are present.  The Ld. Advocate for the Appellant submits that he has no instruction regarding this Appeal.  As per our last order dt. 5.7.12 the Appellant is to show cause by today as to why the Appeal shall not be dismissed for default.  As there is no reply to the show-cause filed by the Appellant and also in view of the submission of the Ld. Advocates for the parties that in the Execution Case the amount ordered was deposited by the Appellant, the Appeal stands dismissed for default.
