Heard Counsel for the parties.  Learned Counsel for the respondent has placed before us the judgement of this Commission in case of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. & Anr. Vs Saroj & Anr.   (Revision Petition No. 3934/2006) decided by the Bench of this Commission on 16.03.2011.

          The case before us is that the petitioner had not deposited  the statutory amount  U/S 15 of the Consumer Protection Act with the State Commission while filing the appeal.  Hence , the State Commission dismissed the appeal and this Revision Petition has been filed.  The issue involved in this case is fully covered by the aforesaid judgement Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. & Anr. Vs Saroj & Anr. (Supra)  wherein judgement of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 15238 of 2011 dated 10.01.2011 has been followed.  In view of this, the revision petition is hereby dismissed with no order as to cost.
