Today Sri Sudip Banerjee Officer-in-Charge, Digha Police Station appeared and begs perdon.

 JDr. has deposited a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) Only in cash to clear the dues of penal cost etc. and has prayed for exemption of further payment of decreetal dues. Prayer of JDr. for exemption of further decreetal dues is considered and allowed for ends of justice.

 The amount is accepted and the case is finally disposed of exempting the JDr. to pay any further dues.

                  Hence, ordered, that the case be and the same is hereby disposed of on full satisfaction.

                                In view of the above Officer-in-Charge, Digha Police Station is release from this Forum. Recall Warrant of Arrest  against Officer-in-Charge, Digha Police Station. Inform the Director General of Police, West Bengal and Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur at once.

                                Officer-in-Charge, Digha Police Station is directed to submit the copy of this order to DG, WB and SP, Purba Midinipur for taking necessary action.

                                DHr. has prayed for disbursement of the decreetal part. Prayer is allowed. Let the amount be disbursed with proper identification and  on receipt.

As per spirit of the Judgement out of collected penal damages a sum of Rs.20,000/- shall be paid to the DHR and balance collected penal damages be paid to office account and disburse the said twenty thousand on proper identification and receipt.
