Today, the Id. counsel for the O.Ps has submitted that this is a case of medical negligence and the complainant is duty bound to prove her case by adducing evidence and since no evidence has been adduced, the case deserves to be dismissed. Today, after hearing the Id. counsel for the O.Ps, I find that since the complainant has failed to file evidence, this case deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, the case stands dismissed for failure to file evidence by the complainant.
