Final Order / Judgement

The Complainant Mr. Minong Mize present and the respondent Rome Town Bank is represented by Advocate Nyame Dabi present.

   After perusal of the case, this Hon’ble court directed the Rome Town Pasighat to refund the principal amount with 6% interest and an amount of Rs. 3,000/-(Three Thousand only)as compensation to the complainant on 20th April’ 2024 for causing mental and physical harassment.
