Per:- S.P. SOOD, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                    As per order dated 04.03.2022 contained in letter No.594, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

                   File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Mr. Sikander Bakshi, Advocate has suffered a statement that they have already paid an amount of Rs.69,023/- vide cheque bearing No.359369 dated 07.04.2022 of PNB Bank issued in favour of Mr.Rohtash S/o Shri Mir Singh (respondent) on account of refund, photocopy of the abovementioned cheque is enclosed as Annexure A-1. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal being infrctuous. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Sikander Bakshi, counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.

4.                Statutory amount of Rs.95000/- deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification and as per rules.

5.                Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of that documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down in the registered, if maintained.

6.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
