ORDER

The present appeal of the appellant – Air Mauritis Ltd. is dismissed. The impugned judgment dated 06-02-2014 of the learned DCF in complaint No. 1434/2012 (810/2010) titled Rohit Parihar Vs. Air Mauritius Ltd. & Ors. is affirmed. There shall be no order as to the cost. The compliance of the order shall be made within one month from today. The appellant shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount, if any, deposited by it in the present appeal before the DCF.
