In course of hearing of the case, both parties come to a settlement to following facts:-the appellant has deposited Rs.1700/- to the State Commission which is something more than have of the amount of the award. He wants to pay further Rs.300/- and prays for disposing of the case. The Ld. Counsel for the respondent has no objection and is agreeable with the direction for making payment of Rs.300 more in favour of the respondent the Ld. Lawyer for the appellant agrees to pay amount of Rs.300 today on taking receipt. Both parties pray for disposing of the case accordingly. The appeal be in the same is disposed of. The respondent will be at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1700/- lying in deposited with the Registrar of the State Commission.
