ORDER

At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled.

                        It is agreed between the parties that towards full and final settlement, the respondent/complainant will be at liberty to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- i.e. [Rs.75,000.00 + Rs.25,000.000 (statutory amount, which is lying deposited before this Commission)].

                        It is further agreed by Sh. Raman Walia, Advocate, Counsel for the appellant/Opposite Party that apart from the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, the appellant/Opposite Party will pay another amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent/complainant, through demand draft within 45 days from today. The said demand draft will be handed over to the Counsel for the respondent/complainant against receipt. He has further agreed that in case the amount is not so paid, it will start getting interest @10% p.a. (simple) after expiry of 45 days period till such time, the payment is not made. We also make it clear that in case, commitment is not honoured, besides getting interest on the amount referred to above, the respondent/complainant will also get the amount of compensation of Rs.20,000/- as awarded by the Forum.

                        In view of above settlement, this appeal stands disposed of and on receipt of above-said amount of Rs.2 Lacs, the respondent/complainant will have no claim whatsoever left against the appellant/Opposite Party.

                                Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
