As per the Office report, no stay order or any other order has been received from the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi or any other Court.

                    This is an application for refund of Rs.25,000/-, alongwith interest, if any,  accrued thereon, deposited by the applicants/appellants, at the time of filing the appeal.

                   It is evident from the record that against the order dated 27.02.2013 passed by the District Forum, First Appeal No.332/2013 was filed by the applicants/appellants, which was accepted vide order dated 22.10.2013, on the ground, that the District Forum had no territorial jurisdiction to entertain and decide the complaint and at the same time, the complaint, in original, was ordered to be returned to respondent No.1/complainant, alongwith the documents attached therewith for presentation  before the appropriate District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, having territorial jurisdiction to entertain and decide it (complaint).

                   In view of the above, there is no legal impediment, in allowing the application, in the manner, that a sum of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the applicants/appellants, at the time of filing the appeal,  alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, shall stand refunded, in favour of applicant/appellant No.2, as prayed for, against valid receipt and on proper identification.

                   The application stands disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
