We are of the view, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of these cases, that the complaints now pending before the South Goa District Forum ought to be made over to the North Goa District Forum. We, therefore, direct that both the complaints i.e. CC Nos. 74/06 and 75/06 shall be transferred to the North Goa District Forum at Porvorim. Parties are hereby directed to remain present before the North Goa District Forum on 19th instant on which day the OPs will file their affidavit in answer to the interrogatories delivered to the OPs. The Lr. District Forum shall thereafter dispose off both the complaints in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 30 days. No Costs.
