This case has been admitted on 09.06.2022 with a direction to file requisite to issue notice to the opposite party. But as yet complainant did not comply the same till today. While there was specific order on 09.09.2022 that last chance was given to the complainant. It is also relevant to mention that complainant was noticed vide memo no. 1362 dated 05.08.2022 for his appearance and to take proper step but it also went invain. It is also worth to mention that after filing the case complainant has not taken interest and in his absence taking into account the legal provision in newly amended act on account of lapse of more than 21 days filing absence of complainant.

                                  under the above it is crystal clear that complainant after filing the case has left the interest. Hence, this case stands dismissed.
