Complainant is absent. No steps taken today. On perusal of record it is found that since dt. 05.05.2022 so many adjournments has been given to the complainant for filing of proper address of the opposite parties for issuance of notice but he could not file the same till today. However, the complainant is remain absent in every and each posted date and intentionally wastage the time of this Commission. Heard, the consumer complaint case is hereby dismissed for default without cost.
