        Questioning propriety of the order no. 6 dated 21-09-2021 passed by Ld. DCDR Commission, Kolkata Unit-II in CC/35/2021, the present Revisional Application has been filed by the revisionist/complainant. As it appears from the order impugned, the complainant of CC/35/2021 filed evidence in chief before the Commission on that  date but  Ld. Commission without resolving the dispute with regard to acceptance of written version before it,  fixed 21-12-2021 for consideration of the matter of acceptance of written version which is an irregularity, committed before Ld. DCDR Commission. Hence without going into any controversy, we simply dispose of the Revisional Application with a direction upon  the Ld. Commission to accept the written version of the OP but subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid by the OP to the complainant/revisionist (of CC/35/2021) and liberty is given to the complainant/revisionist  to file evidence in chief in a modified form, if the complainants feel it necessary to do so and such  liberty so given to the complainant for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this  order. With the above observation we admit the Revisional Application and dispose it of instantly. The above order is passed for the ends of justice, in the background of  the pandemic situation,  prevailing in the country.
