Complainant Aniruddha Saha is represented through  his Ld. Advocate.  Proforma OP no.4 HDFC Limited is also represented through its Ld. Advocate but none appears on behalf of OP no.1,2 & 3 (Ex Parte).

On careful perusal of record it reveals that on 17.7.2023 one application for withdrawal of the instant case had been filed by the complainant on the ground stated therein.

Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of Proforma OP-4 HDFC bank limited raised no objection against the petition dated.17.7.2023.  Heard the submission Ld. Advocate appearing for the parties at length.

We do not find any indiscrepancies in the petition advanced by the complainant.                            Hence,

                                                Ordered,

 that the case be withdrawn as prayed for by the complainant, with a liberty to file afresh complain before the appropriate Forum.

Let the case be disposed of accordingly.

Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
